InfoQ posted an article (Partition Your Backlog for Maximum Mileage) which is a quick analysis (with some links to related articles) about a Serge Beaumont´s article called "Flow to READY, iterate to DONE".
Serge's article is an interesting proposal on how to concentrate the Product Owner´s (thus the Team´s) work on what really matters in the backlog.
